30th Birthday
Hmmm NOT QUITE SURE WHAT TO THINK?!
Yep quite disturbing. They had no explanation but laughs and giggles. I am not sure what to say or do. I had to laugh, and in fact, I laughed so hard I was crying. Their father also didn't know what to say. I am not sure if this is a glimpse into their future as photographers. Let's hope not, and pray they take pictures of better scenaries next time. For Mo Joe's sake, he is fine, he puts his tail between his legs every time Erickell whips the camera out. Poor poor Mo Joe he takes a beatin but still loves us.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra Concert
Eric and I have enjoyed this concert two years in a row. Both times we have been blown away. This year we sat on the floor 3 row back. I would recommend this concert to anyone. They are a rock band mixed with classical (strange mix, but it works). AWESOME. The laser show, fireworks, and amazing musicians were incredible!!! THANX Mel for watching the double duo!!! I have attached their website so you can see who they are. I am sure you all have heard at least one of their Christmas songs.http://www.trans-siberian.com/index-main.php

My Angels
I need to thank my many angels for all they do for me and my family.
1- Eric, I can't believe your strength, calmness, and intelligence. Neicell had a seizure this morning in which she stopped breathing. I was working at the hospital and Eric had it all under control. I got a call around 4 AM from Eric stating our little girl wasn't breathing and was having a seizure. I began to tell him to rub her sternum and back, (already done), call 911, (already done), stay calm, (already doing that), give her medicine STAT (in the process but help), and please help her, (already doing that). I am so grateful for his insight and for him listening to that still small voice. Every time, he has been the one who has woke up or been aware of her having a seizure. If not, how long could she go without breathing? He has, on numerous times, saved my angel and I am so grateful for that. I don't know what I would do without my little angel she is my smile and the reason I get up in the morning. Eric is my life, and I love him more than words can say.
2-Erickell, I can't believe how you are your father's clone. Eric yelled for Erickell this morning and without any probing she was up and at' em. Eric told her he needed help, she took it upon herself to grab Eric's parents. In a flash my other saving graces were at Eric's side. Blaine and Sherry were there to grab Neicell's medicine and call 911. Erickell without being told turned the lights on outside for the ambulance crew, put Mo Joe in his bed, and helped Grandma find Neicell's Valium. I am so proud of her and I can't believe how wonderful she is. I am so grateful to have such a wise and caring daughter. She is my saving grace and I can't imagine my life without her, she is also the smile on my face and the reason I get out of bed in the morning.
3-I all ready mentioned my In-Laws. I love them so dearly, and I am so grateful for all they do. They love my children so much and I can't thank them enough. I also lived close to my Grandparents and I cherish those memories so much and I am so grateful my children get to have that close bond with their Grandparents. I am so grateful they were here and not in Idaho, I don't know how Eric would have handled the whole situation all alone. I know I couldn't...
4-Melanie, my bestest friend and neighbor. Corb, Mels husband, heard the trucks pull up at our house and they were there ready to help in a flash. I am so grateful, beyond words, for Mel and Corb. Thank you for loving my children and taking such good care of us. I cherish our friendship and love you so much. My children think of you as their second parents and I wouldn't have it any other way.
5-Ryan-Thank you for putting up with me. I have my own personal doctor on call, that I take advantage of too much. He is the greatest doc ever and I can't imagine life without you. Thank you for always being there and listening to my "Mother Paranoia". The medical background goes out the window when it comes to your own children. I have the best doc and friend ever.
6-Mark & Teresa-Thank you for always being there for Eric and I. You guys mean so much to us. I am so grateful we have such wonderful friends and for checking up on us all the time. We love your family so much. I can count on your guys for anything. Just ask the girls who their favorite Daddy is? Just so you know the twins tell everyone they are Hyde-Hansens and Mo Joe is as well. Yep, we have officially became Hansens whether you like it or not (that stinks for you)
7-My parents-I am a little Momma's girl and of course have to call Momma when life goes crazy. I am so grateful Mom is always there and listens and cries with me. Neicell is our special soul sent specially to me for a reason. She was coached and loved prior to this earth by my dearest Grandma and I feel that to be true more than anything. I love you Mom and Dad thank you for all you do.
8-Finally Neicell- D*&% you. I love you so much that I can't bear seeing you in this state. I can't imagine the feelings you feel when these things happen. I am so grateful for you strength and drive. You have overcome so many obstacles in life it would take forever to list. I am so grateful our Heavenly Father spared your life and gave me the blessing of raising and loving you. I cherish you every minute and promise to try and be the best mom you deserve.
**These episodes really put my perspective into check. I can't imagine life without my children and it makes me strive to be a better mother, friend, daughter, wife and person. I thank you all for all you do and love you endlessly. I live in the best place ever and know my friends and family are always looking out for us.

Great movie and book
Great book and great movie. Take tissues many tissues and a good friend. Not husband material plus he may get bored and tired of listening to all the crying. I read the book about 2 years ago, and forgot how much I loved it. I would highly recommend this book and movie to all. Thanks Mel for going with me and lending a tissue. THE BEST DAY EVER
Monday was the most beautiful day ever. Erickell was still feeling sick so her and I cleaned up the house and headed out for some quick errands. She was an angel. We got home and spent a wonderful day doing crafts, reading, and playing. That evening the hospital called and put me on call for the night. That is the most refreshing best feeling ever to know you don't have to go to work and you get to enjoy the night with your kids. Plus, no grumpy mom the next day. So, lucky me to have a wonderful friend and neighbor, she took my kids so I could go running. It was the best running weather ever. Cool, crisp, and beautiful leaves falling everywhere. I was at awe at the scenery and just the gorgeous place I live. Thank you Mel for giving me this break and allowing me the time to reflect and remember how beautiful my world is. I then picked the kids up and we headed home for dinner. Yippee left overs. I love leftovers, we had mash potatoes, gravy, rolls, and fruit from Sunday dinner. I love it, no cooking just heating things up in the microwave and yes, easy clean up. The girls then headed off to bed at 730 and I enjoyed a relaxing evening catching up on old movies I had recorded. I am so grateful to my wonderful Mel and my children for being angels and helping me remember that life is great and to relax and enjoy it. I am a little, sorry I am hugely uptight and it takes a lot for me to remember to relax and sit back. I am always on the move and doing something. I love you girls, I pray you had as good of a day as your Mamma.
Erickell's School Halloween Parade
Thank you Mel for being Erickell's substitute Mother. I had to be at Neicell's school so Erickell was feeling left out. The night before, at dinner, Erickell told Eric and I, "Everyone's mom will be at the parade but mine." Wow, that killed me. What do you do with twins at different schools? It has been a challenge, hopefully things can change next year. I am so sorry Erickell, Dad and Grandma Sherry were there to see her as well, and of course, Melanie.

Salmon Idaho
Our family had an exciting UEA break up in beautiful Salmon Idaho. Our greatest friends and neighbors invited us to go to their parents. Eric enjoyed fishing for Steel Head for 3 days and the girls enjoyed cooking, talking, eating, talking, and just hangin out. I had a blast and can't wait to visit again. This town is incredible, my dream place. Small town, beautiful scenery and DOWN TO EARTH. My camera died so I don't have many pictures. We are so grateful for the Hansen family for taking us with them and her sweet parents for housing us and feeding us. We love you all THANK YOU

Fun at the "Hyde Out"
Our family was able to spend Conference weekend at Eric's parents cabin in Ashton Idaho (just south of West Yellowstone) We had a blast. Saturday Eric and I went fishing with his Dad. I fished all day and had 2 experienced guides helping me and tying my flies on. I was spoiled rotten. The twins were spoiled back at the cabin with Grandma. Sunday we spent the day louging around the cabin and fishing at the pond. I enjoyed listening to conference and reading the latest Nicholas Sparks book "Road to Ranthe" Monday was a tearful day, we had to return back to work and school. The girls hate leaving Grandma and Pa and so do I. Eric, however, was excited to get back to his softball tournament that evening which they did ok but not first.
