OH CRAP!!!
I have some how erased my blog list. I am sure I am missing many. If you see you aren't on my list please let me know. I am afraid my brain has run off somewhere and I need all the help I can get.
Spoiled Rat?
What am I to do with this rat? If he hears me pull something out of the dryer he is on that like... This dog loves warmth, he is either in warm dried clothes, my heater blanket or somewhere on me cuddled up warm. He is spoiled and I just don't think he can get any more spoiled, well unless he goes to his "other family" for a play date. You all know who that is.My Sweetie
Happy Valentines Eric. I will probably die for posting this picture but I had to. 11 years ago today Eric proposed to me. It was the sweetest most thought out date. I have to say he was a little more romatic back then but hey that's how he caught the best fish. I love you dearly and I am very grateful for all you do. I can't wait to spend many more years together. PS this was one of his "let's watch a movie hun nights" I always watch the movies alone and this is what he does. heehee
Mmmm Valentine Cookie Making
So I would have to say I have the best sugar cookie recipe ever!! I got it from a friend at the office so no credit to me. I will post so everyone can enjoy. Follow exactly and you shall see.The Best Sugar Cookies Nickie Hyde
2 C. sugar
1 C. butter
3 eggs
1 C. milk
6 C. flour
2 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
* Refrigerate over night. Mix together and roll about ¼ inch thick. Cut out. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. (Do not over bake; bottom of cookies should barely be tan.
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese (softened at room temp.)
3 ½ C. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ sq. butter (softened at room temp.)
CrAzY HaIR DaY
Kell's class participated in crazy hair day because they all brought food for the food drive. Kell thought it was awesome to take food to people who are less fortunate. I am so grateful for Kell's teacher and the HUGE improvements she is making. Kindergarten is incredible. The kids go in knowing the basics and all of a sudden they are reading***Hill Billy Celly
This girl hates a loose tooth, the second a tooth starts to wiggle she is begging Dad to pull it out. Thank goodness the Tooth Fairy remembered this time
Fight 3407
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of flight 3407 and the others related to the crash. I am remebered to hold my family close and love them more this Valentines. Life is so precious and it can be taken away so easily.
Warmest Winter Day
Didn't you all enjoy the weather today? It was gorgeous. I am so grateful to Eric and my in laws for letting me enjoy a long run outside. I have been cooped up all winter and I was so excited to let my wings fly. I am sure I could live in a warm climate. I am all for light therapy during the winter and of course traveling some where warm during cold season. Don't get me wrong I love to ski, but I don't get to very often due to the little people. Enjoy more of these wonderful days to come, oops I think the ground hog saw his shadow so maybe not :(
